Earl Sweatshirt f/ Frank Ocean - "Sunday" | New Music

Not gonna lie. I'm super excited and curious to hear Earl Sweatshirt's debut album, Doris and that feeling has greatly multiplied with this latest release, "Sunday," on which Earl brings fellow Odd Future member Frank Ocean along for the ride. While you might be expecting some sweet vocals from the singer, Frank Ocean actually contributes with a rap verse and a very specific Sunday reference.

"I mean he called me a f**got, I was just calling his bluff. I mean how anal am I gonna be when I'm aiming my gun. And why's his mug all bloody that was a 3 on 1. Standing ovation at Staples, I got my Grammy's and gold," says Frank on the mic. If that sounds familiar, then you might remember a certain Chris Brown altercation which ironically also happened on a Sunday.

Expect to hear more from the honest mind of Earl Sweatshirt when Doris drops August 20 but for now, stream "Sunday" below.

John Mayer f/ Frank Ocean - "Wildfire" | New Music

Following guitarist and singer-songwriter John Mayer's appearance on Frank Ocean's debut Channel Orange, Frank Ocean has continued their collaboration with a guest spot on Mayer's new forthcoming record, Paradise Valley.

Much like the Channel Orange collaboration "White", their new single "Wildfire" features a softly placed, ethereal backing of piano and guitar that Ocean enunciates his signature vocal over. Mayer adds some additional harmonising, but coming in at only 88 seconds, the track is a minimalistic yet beautiful interlude in which both artists' skill for subtlety is showcased. Take a listen to the track below and keep an eye out for Paradise Valley which is set for release on 20th August.

After Drake single-handedly turned Atlanta trio, Migos' "Versace" one of the most popular songs out today, with everyone oin hip hop doing their version of the track, Odd Future affiliated singer-songwriter Frank Ocean becomes the latest to jump on the bandwagon, in his own unique way of course.

The critically acclaimed artist took to his Tumblr in the early hours to unveil lyrics penned in the fashion of the catchy Migos track, opening up with lines clearly aimed at Chris Brown, with whom he has a few public run ins with and most recently Chris Brown refused to stand when Mr Ocean received his Grammy.

Frank Ocean unveils new track In London [Video]

Frank Ocean has been teasing his European audiences with the release of new material throughout his concerts across the continent this summer. Following the performance of a number of new tracks last month in Munich, last night at his sold out gig in Brixton he premiered yet another track from the follow up to channelORANGE, tentatively titled "Pray".

The footage may only be poor quality, shot from a phone in the audience, but disregarding the technical limitations, it still sounds very promising. Standing bathed in a single spotlight and surrounded by an array of symbolic visuals, Ocean delivers his signature soulful falsetto in an acoustic opening accompanied by a solo guitar. As the track continues, the intensity of his vocal builds until finally the whole rhythm section enters to a rousing and infectious chorus that carries the song out before ending on an abrupt stop. "Pray" contains obvious elements of both of Ocean's previous releases and is an exciting addition to what is shaping up to be a worthy second LP. Have a listen below:
