Zo! f/ Sy Smith – “The Train” | New Music

As the first track to be shared from Zo!‘s forthcoming LP ManMade, “The Train” was never going to be anything but dope.

With vocal assistance from the wonderfully talented [and always on-point] Sy Smith, the sweet sounding melody mixed with its electronically funked up instrumental backdrop sucks listeners in and sweeps past their ears like a brisk walk through Central Park on a summer’s day in musical form.

As a member of the Foreign Exchange family, the way in which Zo! fuses Hip-Hop, soul, jazz, and funk is nothing short of marvellous. Fans definitely need to get their shorts, shades, and hats on and head on over to a friend’s BBQ this summer with a copy of this in hand.
