Snapshot: Rick Ross unveils ‘God Forgives, I Don’t’ deluxe version cover

Seventeen days after the God Forgives, I Don’t official album cover was released to the world comes the highly anticipated liberation of the LP’s deluxe version cover art. Featuring closer-related religious visuals, this new cover sees the 305 native striking a pose of a man deep in prayer with his head down and his palms to the sky in the middle of the house of the most high.

With arguably the exception of his debut album, this new visual will definitely go down as the most creatively artistic album cover of Rozay’s career thus far. Although Ross has become known for his minimalistic album covers, many fans felt disappointed with God Forgives, I Don’t‘s standard cover and felt that an album with such an album title deserves to be complimented by a lot more dramatic and creative artwork.

Personally, I’m pleasantly surprised. As much as I wanted better for this album’s cover art, I genuinely wasn’t expecting Ross to deliver – but he has. This is definitely a step up from the standard cover.
