Just a day after posting the tweet above, Lil Wayne is set to up the levels on his output and has now unveiled the official artwork for Dedication 5 the fifth installment in his Dedication mixtape series which, according to the good folk at YoungMoneyHQ, is set to be released on August 30 which is just a less than a week away.
