After releasing his highly respected Hunger Pains mixtape last year – which incidentally has been criminally ignored at this years Official Mixtape Awards – Rewd Adams (formally known has Skandal) has aimed to start this year off with a bang by dropping his long awaited album Rewd Awakening.
The LP features guest verses from some of Britain’s best rhyme slayers such as Klashnekoff, Black The Ripper and Grime titan P Money not to forget top notch production from Beat Butcha, Sivey, M-Phazes, Jetsun, Jon Phonics, Ed Strong and rapper/producer Loudmouth Melvin.
This 13-track album – a free download – is yet another solid example of how high the bar in British Hip Hop has risen this year.
