Erykah Badu spins at Boiler Room, Los Angeles [Video]

Legendary singer Erykah Badu, also known as DJ Lo Down Loretta Brown, recently invaded the Boiler Room in Los Angeles for a 30-minute set that included the likes of A$AP Rocky, Tweet, Too $hort and herself.

Much to the delight of fans, interesting costumed dancers paraded behind Erykah as she continued to run through her set in commanding fashion, including music from a variety of different eras; the modern classic “Prototype,” by her ex-partner Andre 3000 of Outkast, seamlessly sliding into A$AP Rocky’s “Kissin’ Pink,” with Flying Lotus, The Gaslamp Killer, Nocando and others also gracing the same stage on the night.
