Duologue – “Underworld” | Music Video

From its softly striking introduction, London quintet Duologues‘s new single “Underworld” is an ever-shifting smorgasbord of emotion which gradually builds through orchestral surges, with pacing clicks, beats, bass and electronic rhythms swirling around forlorn lyrics. Stunning.

Recently they’ve been listening to the likes of Flying Lotus, Thom Yorke, Ron Trent, M.I.A. and Rage Against The Machine – and it shows, with no complaints here. Produced by Jim Abbiss (Adele, Arctic Monkeys), “Underworld” is the band’s new double-A side single along with “Zeros” – out on October 29th through Killing Moon Records [pre-order here], with their upcoming debut album due to follow early next year.

And for our London readers; the band perform an intimate set for Strongrooms Sessions tonight [Oct 3rd] at East London’s Strongroom bar [120-124 Curtain Road, London EC2A 3SQ], followed by a headline show at The Lexington on Wednesday, Oct. 21st – click here for more live dates.
