With one week to go until the release of his new album Watching Movies With The Sound Off, Mac Miller stopped off in London last night (June 10th) to perform a special one off show showcasing his upcoming sophomore release.

Telling the crowd not to expect to hear much in the way of his popular back catalogue, the sold out show at Brixton’s Plan B was Mac’s way of giving his UK fans a look at his latest creation. Backed by Odd Future band The Internet, Mac ran through a host of new tracks including “The Star Room”, “S.D.S.” and “Bird Call”.

Giving a physically high energy performance, the young Pittsburg native slowed things down towards the end and went on to give a touching performance of “REMember”, a track dedicated to a friend he lost not so long ago taken from the forthcoming LP, for the first time ever with The Internet. He even pulled a guitar out and started strumming a few chords.
