Leah McFall performs “Love Her For Her Fire” x covers Rita Ora’s “R.I.P” [Video]

Despite wowing viewers week in week out on the BBC talent show The Voice UK, clocking up millions of youtube views on her performances and outselling competing contestants on the show, Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland raised singer songwriter Leah McFall failed to win at the finals, sparking a public outcry and a much needed look at these TV ‘talent shows’.

Regardless of that, she is tipped for big things and the good folk at Protostars have unveiled some more evidence of her raw talent as they unearth some footage they filmed of the the young singer performing an original track titled “Love Her For Her Fire” and a cover of Rita Ora‘s chart topping “R.I.P” before her stint on The Voice. With talent like that she’s not got a thing to worry about and to be honest, she was better off not winning.
