50 Cent penning fitness book & nutrition guide Formula 50: A 6-Week Body Transformation Plan | Health

50 Cent aka Curtis Jackson has long since had more than music on his mind. The rapper turned business mogul has announced plans to release a fitness book through publishing house Avery Brooks.

Titled Formula 50: A 6-Week Body Transformation Plan and co-written by Jeff O’Connel, Editor-in-Chief of Bodybuilding.com, the book aims to inform readers to focus on metabolic resistance training as the key to getting and staying in shape.  

The Queens, NY native has always been active in other markets other than rap, starring in many films, releasing fragrances, video games and three books prior to this. Just yesterday 50 released his latest project, The Big 10 a free download of new material to tie in with the 10th anniversary of his classic Get Rich Or Die Trying LP.

His book Formula 50 is set for release in January 2013.
