After catching up with Mac Miller for our last episode, we keep it in the Rostrum Records family with the latest installent of our SoulCulture TV original series My Favourite Verse.

While in London building up the heat for his forthcoming album O.N.I.F.C., we sat down with the platinum plus rap superstar and Taylor Gang leader Wiz Khalifa to discuss his his personal favourite self-penned verse.
Dipping into his vast catalogue (10 mixtapes, 2 independent albums, 1 major label album and several guest appearances), the Pittsburgh repping emcee plucks a cut titled “I Still Remember” from his 2007 mixtape release Prince Of the City 2 as one of his most memorable lyrical moments…
“I remember being young and that was like one of my first personal songs I wrote at that age. ‘Cus everything I did up until that point was kinda like braggadocios, I never really talked about myself to myself and when I did that song it was like kind of real, I was in the 11th grade”. – Wiz Khalifa.
