Laura Mvula performs "Green Garden" on The Graham Norton Show | TV Catch-Up

This week saw SoulCulture 13 For 13 tipped Laura Mvula make her debut television performance by gracing the stage as the musical guest on The Graham Norton Show in the UK.
The talented soul artist performed the upbeat "Green Garden" taken from her debut album Sing To The Moon, which is due out next month.

The Birmingham hailing singer/songwriter performed with a full live band as well some energetic dancers, giving some great live vocals, not showing a hint of nerves given that this was her first TV performance and probably the first of many.

"Green Garden" is released on February 24th with Laura’s debut LP Sing To The Moon being released on March 4th, and Laura will also be joining Jessie Ware on tour throughout March.

Taking on Europe one step at a time to promote her new EP True, singer and fashonista Solange Knowles went straight from her sold out London gig and travelled to France, performing her lead single "Losing You" on French TV show Le Grand Journal.

Dressed in a purple, patterned Miu Miu suit, with an orange and brown printed shirt, the songstress looked comfortable and in her element on stage as she gave an intimate performance of "Losing You" backed by a live band. Solange ended the song by showing off her dance skills as her band joined her in a little two-step action.

Fresh off his Life is Good/Black Rage tour with Lauryn Hill, Nas is continuing to promote his latest album with a number of energetic live performances on late night talk shows.

Last night the Queens veteran paid a visit to Conan O'Brien's show in LA to perform his Life is Good track "World's An Addiction", alongside the highly gifted soul singer Anthony Hamilton. The track is oppressively dark, and perhaps a surprising choice for TV, but as the two tag in and out, backed by a live band who reproduce Remi's mournful arrangements perfectly, they pull off a mesmerising performance.

Nas will cap his tour by bringing in the New Year with a solo performance at New York's Radio City Music Hall. Watch his latest performance for yourself below:

The producer and DJ took the time to share a preview of his new track, featuring the vocals of actor and comedian turned emcee Childish Gambino flowing over a raucous drop, quickly capturing the crowd's attention. Jay-Z performs '99 Problems' with Pearl Jam at Made In America festival [Video]

Jay-Z's Made In America festival has seen an array of surprise guests and performances over the weekend from the likes of Run-D.M.C., Odd Future, D'angelo, Janelle Monaé, Rick Ross and the MMG, Drake, Jill Scott and more.

As the festival came to a close, it was time for veteran rock band Pearl Jam to hit the stage. Keeping the surprises up throughout until the end, the main man of the event hopped onto the stage in the middle of the rock band's set to perform a live rendition of his 2004 hit '99 Problems.'
