Yahoo! announces On The Road tour with JAY Z, Justin Timberlake, Kendrick Lamar, Frank Ocean

Now this is kind of a big deal. It was announced earlier this week at South by Southwest Interactive that the search engine giant would be kicking off an international tour titled the Yahoo! On the Road Tour later in the year, but today they unveiled just how BIG this would be.

The 21-date international tour will kick off in spring and features some of the biggest names in in Hip Hop and R&B including Jay Z, Justin Timberlake, Kendrick Lamar, Frank Ocean, J. Cole, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis and Trey Songz making stops in 14 cities in the United States (beginning in New York City on May 3rd and ending in San Francisco in May 31st), Then stopping for 7 dates in Europe including stops in Berlin, Madrid and London (with the London dates coinciding with the previously announced Yahoo! Wireless Festival which both Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake where they will be co-headlining).

This year's Wireless Festival is looking like a major feast for lovers of Hip Hop, R&B and Soul music with the announcement that Justin Timberlake and JAY Z will be the headlining the event.

Moving from it's normal location in Hyde Park, the Wireless Festival will now take place at new site at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London with Justin Timberlake confirmed to headline on Friday 12th July along with fellow performers Snoop Dogg, Trey Songz, John Legend, Miguel and Frank Ocean. While Jay Z will hold down the headline spot on Saturday July 13th (which will be his only European performance of 2013) alongside Emeli Sande, Rita Ora, Kendrick Lamar, Miguel, DJ Fresh and Calvin Harris.

Tickets go on sale Friday 22 February at 9am and are priced at £57.50 plus booking fee.

After scooping the Best Urban Contemporary Album award for his critically acclaimed smash hit album channel ORANGE, beating out Chris Brown's Fortune and Miguel's Kaleidoscope Dream, Frank Ocean grabbed his yellow suit as promised and delivered a performance of "Forrest Gump" live at the 55th GRAMMY Awards moments ago.

Can't say I enjoyed that rendition of one of the many highlights from the channel ORANGE LP, but he definitely deserved that award for that solid body of work.

Frank Ocean speaks on Chris Brown fight and rumoured charges | News

With many speculating what the outcome of Frank Ocean and Chris Brown's headline grabbing physical altercation at a recording studio in California a few days ago (Jan 27th), reports and rumours have been flying around that the GRAMMY nominated creator of channel Orange was seeking to press charges, Frank has issued a statement via his social network of choice to briefly to clear things up.

Before making headlines all over the globe for all the wrong reasons, critically acclaimed forward thinking R&B singer-songwriter Frank Ocean hit the desert to shoot a video for "Forrest Gump", my third favourite track from his commercially and critically successful debut album channel ORANGE.

Donning a yellow suit and trademark bandana, the Grammy nominated artist was joined by an eclectic crowd of extras including cheerleaders, skaters & biker gangs. Stay locked for more info on the shoot and video, but for now check out some pictures from the set...

Chris Brown & Frank Ocean involved in parking lot brawl | News

According to celebrity news site TMZ, an argument between R&B headliners Chris Brown and Frank Ocean early Sunday morning turned into a parking lot brawl outside of Westlake Studio In Los Angeles, CA. Exact details are still sketchy at this point as police continue to track down information, but TMZ's sources gave a statement indicating the fight occurred as Chris Brown was leaving a studio session for an artist he represents when Frank Ocean and members of his entourage blocked Brown's exit from the lot. Sources remarked that Ocean said, "This is my studio, this is my parking lot" before the mêlée ensued.

According to police reports, Chris Brown was not at the scene when the local authorities arrived therefore Ocean is being identified as the "victim" due to his coöperation. Police will continue to investigate and have stated they will contact Chris Brown about his alleged involvement.

Frank later posted via his Twitter account: "got jumped by chris and a couple guys. lol. i only wish everest was there. cut my finger now I can’t play w two hands at the grammys."

Whilst Chris posted this: "Working on my album. Not working on  negativity. Focus on feeding ya family. Bullshit will forever be in the shadows"
