As fast rising talent BANKS gears up for the release of her debut album Goddess, which will be released on September 8th, the California hailing singer-songwriter has joined forces with i-D Magazine and New York based director and photographer Mike Piscitelli to bring us the visual accompaniment to her lead single "Drowning".

Whilst in London doing the promo rounds during her current leg of UK shows, Los Angeles hailing singer-songwriter Banks dropped into the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge studios to deliver an acoustic performance of her new single "Brain" as well as a guitar backed take on Aaliyah's 1998 released smash hit "Are You That Somebody?", which originally appeared on the soundtrack for the Eddie Murphy starring Doctor Dolittle movie remake.
