I have to admit this is probably one of my favourite Stevie songs and I didn’t take kindly to the thought of Usher covering it. He may have a good voice but for years has shown a disregard to songwriting craftmanship and lacks the very musical integrity he mentions in this clip of someone such as Stevie Wonder. That said, thankfully he did not mash up the arrangement or include all the stupid bells, whistles, autotune or whatever mess he has in his own music. Quite faithful to the original in truth. Could have been a lot worse.
