Trey Songz – ‘Heart Attack’ | Music Video

R&B sexmonger Trey Songz takes another step away from his usual bump-and-grind music with “Heart Attack,” the Rico Love-penned first single from the crooner’s forthcoming fifth album, Chapter V.

Continuing the “Sex Ain’t Better Than Love” ethos launched by his single of the same name, both “Heart Attack” and its video are refreshingly devoid of any references to or inferences of boning, cuttin’, doin’ it, freakin’ or knockin’ boots, instead showcasing Trigga’s more heartfelt side and proving that he doesn’t always think with his pants. The dramatic, Benny Boom-helmed visuals feature the singer and his significant other, played by Kelly Rowland, showing that not even an unexpected tragedy can put a damper on their love.

Good song, good video, and a good look for Mr. Steal Yo Girl. Chapter V hits stores this summer.
