Tinie Tempah on working with Pharrell, Usher and Adele on sophomore album | News

UK superstar rapper Tinie Tempah has revealed that he’s been in the studio with legendary producer Pharrell Williams, working the follow-up to debut album Disc-Overy, and hopes to collaborate with Usher and “very good friend” Adele on the forthcoming project.

The South Londoner, who catapulted to international fame this year, told Rolling Stone that “I’ve been in the studio with Pharrell quite a lot. I’ve been talking to Usher about trying to get something done for it and hopefully, fingers crossed, Adele!”.

Prior to dropping his sophomore album in late 2011/early 2012, he also plans to drop an EP featuring collaborations between UK and US heavy hitters. His wishlist includes Chris Brown, Mike Posner (who has already collaborated with the UK’s own Labrinth, Rusko and Cher Lloyd), Big Sean, Chipmunk, Skepta and Giggs. Now that’s exciting.
