The Game f/ Jamie Foxx – “Hallelujah” | New Music

The Game unleashes a new track from his upcoming fifth studio album, Jesus Piece, enlisting Jamie Foxx for a soulful collaboration on “Hallelujah,” as modern materialism and religious faith collide. “Forgive me for my sins, I ain’t mean to walk inside a church cursing again/ I wanna live righteous and you know I love Jesus/ But you can’t catch the holy ghost in a Prius…” he concedes with charming flow on the thematic project’s latest leak, produced by Jake One.

The track joins the likes of “Celebration” and numerous so far unheard collaborations with Meek Mill, 2 Chainz, Rick Ross, Kanye West, Common, J. Cole, Lil Wayne, Big Sean, Kendrick Lamar and Tank among others on the imminent album’s tracklist, with Game branding this project as the best album of his career. Time will tell.

Out on December 11 through Interscope, Jesus Piece is now available to pre-order.
