T.I. reveals potential collaborations with Andre 3000, Lil Wayne + Trey Songz on ‘Trouble Man’ | Music News

With a number of singles already in rotation, including “Like That“, “Love This Life” and the T-Minus-produced “Go Get It“, T.I. has done a fair job of stoking the fire for his upcoming eighth studio album, Trouble Man, but it sounds like the record’s going to be a whole lot better.

Speaking with XXL, Tip spoke on several collaborations he’s recorded for the LP, including tracks with R. Kelly, Cee Lo Green, Andre 3000, Usher, Trey Songz, Lil Wayne, for the previously-announced “Ball” (which we’re still waiting on – hint, hint), and with Juicy J and fellow Grand Hustle rep Trae Tha Truth, for the Mike Will Made It-produced “Fightin’ Words” (apparently also potentially titled “Fight Music”) which surfaced online earlier this week. The only problem is, he needs to decide which features will make the final cut.

I got a record entitled ‘Trouble Man’ with R. Kelly… that’s dope. I got a record called ‘Wave Hello’ with Cee Lo. I got a record called ‘Who Shall I Be Sorry’ for with Andre 3000. I got another record called ‘Guns and Roses’ with a surprises feature. It’s out the genre and it’s through the roof. That’s another dope record. I have records with Usher, a record with Lil Wayne song called ‘Ball’. A record with Trey Songz.’ I got to figure all these records out though. I got a record with Trae Tha Truth and Juicy J called ‘Fight Music’ produced by Mike will.

It looks like we’re going to have to wait ’til September 4th to see who makes the cut, when Trouble Man hits shelves.
