Snapshots: Ne-Yo hits the Studio with Celine Dion

R&B singer Ne-Yo may be the new Vice President of A&R at Motown Records, but he’s now taking his eye for talent to another genre. The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter who has worked with the likes of Beyoncé and Rihanna is now in the studio with the legendary Celine Dion.

In preparation for her upcoming album Water And A Flame, slated for release in October, Dion calls upon Ne-Yo for a collaboration. Ne-Yo took to his Twitter account to express his excitement on working with Dion on the collaboration.

This will be the second time the two have worked together, the first being on the Chuck Harmony-produced “I Got Nothin’ Left” from Dion’s 2007 release Taking Chances.

The new album is set to feature both original material and cover songs the singer performed earlier this year during her residency at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. The singer is set to return to Las Vegas in July for another 36 shows after recovering from a virus.
