Pusha T – “Numbers On The Boards” (prod. Kanye West x Don Cannon) | New Music

Popping up out of nowhere after a day that saw Jay-Z return to the mic [with “Open Letter”], Pusha T hits Hip-Hop fans over the head with a raw uncut slice of dopeness in the form of “Numbers On The Boards,” giving Clipse fans a taste of what they’ve been missing.

With punchlines for days, everything from NBA and CB4 references are lyrically intertwined with the simplistically potent Kanye West and Don Cannon produced backdrop – there’s even a beat flip midway through that hears Hova sampled for a second.

Kanye West even took to Twitter to big up his brother Jigga and break down the reason for the record’s release.

With no word on whether or not this lyrical coke deal is to be featured on Pusha T’s upcoming G.O.O.D. Music solo project My Name Is My Name, all that can be said is that if this is the direction in which the album is to take then don’t be surprised when on release day your local record store is filled with dealers and pushers.
