Producer Bangladesh signs song deal w/ Cash Money | Music News

What a difference a few years makes. After publicly blasting and feuding with Cash Money for “A Milli” and “6 Foot, 7 Foot” royalties, producer Bangladesh has apparently restored his faith in the label and has signed a song deal with the house that Baby built.

“We just did some nice business together, man. They just bought a whole buncha tracks — gave me a song deal, basically,” Bangladesh explained to MTV.

As for his prior problems with Cash Money — the producer once vowed that he “can’t really keep giving them music” after the label failed to pay him for producing Lil’ Wayne’s smash hit “6 Foot 7 Foot” — Bang assures that those days are well behind them.

“We resolved the issues so now it’s time to move on past that and do other business. … It shows people that you can always work things out and move on from it. It’s better to work with each other, man, especially as Black folks. We gotta stick together.”

I guess time really does heal all wounds.
