Pharrell announces collaborations with Jay-Z, Rick Ross + more [Video]

Prior to the main event of the 25th Anniversary ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Awards, where he was honoured with the Golden Note Award, on Friday (June 29th), Pharrell spoke to Rap-Up TV on the red carpet to share some very welcome news. Speaking on his busy schedule, Skateboard P revealed a mass of upcoming collaborations with Mac Miller (for the Pink Slime EP, of course), Miguel, Jay-Z (“I’m sworn to secrecy,” he quipped when asked to elaborate), Usher, Scissor Sisters, Mary J. Blige, Wiz Khalifa and Rick Ross.

The Neptunes icon was joined by his new i am OTHER artist Leah LaBelle, whom he described as “incredible” and announced has an album coming soon.
