OutKast f/ Raekwon – “Royal Flush” (Urban Noize Remix) | New Music

Floridian production duo Urban Noize have seen their status rise among the blog sect this past year with countless reinterpretations of popular singles and ambitious full-length remix projects such as Brooklyn.Chicago.London. (featuring Jay Z x Kanye West x Adele) and Project R: The Audio-Biography (featuring Rihanna).

Normally found rehashing contemporary pop artists like Tyga, J.Cole or Lana Del Ray, today the pair inject a soulful, cinematic ingredient into “Royal Flush” by hip hop favourites OutKast and Raekwon.

The original single, which succeeded the trio’s first collaboration in 1998 with “Skew It On The Bar-B”, was intended to feature on Big Boi‘s 2010 solo album, Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty, but was cut due to legal matters.
