Rapper Diamond Inks Record Deal | News

Atlanta-based rapper, Diamond has signed to Battery Records, an imprint of Sony Music Entertainment’s RCA/JIVE.

Neil Levine, GM and Senior Vice President of Battery Records, states “We welcome Diamond to the Battery family. Her ability to constantly evolve makes her an exciting and remarkable artist that has proven that she can shine as a solo artist. We look forward to introducing Diamond and her new single ‘Lotta Money’ to the world.”

Jeff Sledge, Vice President of A&R for Battery Records adds “I’m very excited about working with Diamond. She is an extremely talented young artist with the experience and vision of a veteran. We’re going to make great music together.”

Diamond adds “I’m very excited about joining the Battery/Jive family and know we are going to make a lot of great music together. This move will definitely provide the platform for me to continue making great music for my fans, and to continue repping for the females!”

Known best for her feature on Ludacris’ “My Chick Bad”, Diamond’s debut single “Lotta Money” will be impacting radio and online next month.
