More new music from Meek Mill‘s Dreams & Nightmares has arrived in the form of a collaboration with his Maybach Music boss Rick Ross.

“Believe It” is a straightforward MMG banger- brash, larger-than-life and aimed at the streets. Whilst Young Shun’s heavy, funereal beat isn’t nearly as interesting as those crafted for third single “Maybach Curtains” or the “Dreams & Nightmares Intro“, Meek’s display here is decent enough (if not quite on the ferocious level of the “Intro”) to keep it interesting.
If that’s not enough Rick Ross’ chorus inappropriately name-checks both Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber, which is always entertaining.

For me, it remains to be seen whether Meek’s identity and talent will shine through in his debut project or whether it will end sounding like just another MMG album. Have a listen to “Believe It” below and let us know what you think:
