Following the delayed release (the wait really didn’t help curb the anticipation) of the label’s “I Don’t Like” remix that surfaced earlier in the week, G.O.O.D. Music‘s reinstated G.O.O.D. Fridays series continues today (on time) with the arrival of Big Sean‘s “Burn”, which gather’s Maybach Music soldier Meek Mill for added heat.

The song, premiered by DJ Enuff on Hot 97 earlier, is produced by Roc Nation-signed hit maker Jahlil Beats and showcases some charging, chiming production enough to rattle your speakers a couple of times over.

With “Mercy“, the “I Don’t Like” remix and now “Burn” to mull over, it’s clear that 2012’s G.O.O.D. Fridays are occupying a different soundscape to the original releases in 2010, which, let’s be honest, displayed much more diverse, soulful and striking notes with the likes of “Good Friday”, “Lord Lord Lord” and “Christian Dior Denim Flow”. Disappointingly enough, we’ve yet to hear contributions from the likes of G.O.O.D.’s Mos Def, CyHi Da Prynce or Kid Cudi this time around.

Anyway, stream the latest G.O.O.D. Fridays installment below and give us your verdict in the c-section.
