Vivian Green – “Anything Out There” | Music Video

Having made her memorable debut in 2002 with “Emotional Rollercoaster” (written by herself and Eric Roberson), taken from her equally compelling album A Love Story, soulful Philly native Vivian Green warms us up for her fourth album, The Green Room, with new single “Anything Out There.”

Though less catchy and compelling than her earlier work, Green loads her lover with adoring compliments in pleasing, husky tones of a considerably lower register than we’re used to from her on this slow burner, looking fantastic [as usual] and rocking a body to die for in the official video [in which her friend and collaborator Roberson also appears briefly].

“I wanted to create music that’s fun and sexy and soulful, and songs that are reflective but not morose. That’s where I am in my life, and that’s the kind of music I wanted to make,” the singer explains of her upcoming project.

With a variety of producers contributing to the soundscape including Phillip “Phoe Notes” Randolph, Steve McKie, Adam Blackstone, Vidal Davis and Jason Farmer, The Green Room is set for release on September 25 through eOne – and you can now purchase “Anything Out There” via iTunes.
