M.A.R.S. (Cormega, Action Bronson, Roc Marciano + Saigon) – “M.A.R.S.” | Music Video
Following the announcement of their formation and subsequent single release from M.A.R.S., the newly established lyrical quartet composed of New Yorkers Cormega, Action Bronson, Roc Marciano and Saigon, unveil the music video for their first and only track, the self-titled “M.A.R.S.”.
Produced by Large Professor, who also lends a hand to the directing duties alongside Chris Kook, the clip is everything you want – and need – to accompany such a raw and unforgiving soundtrack, planting each emcee in their humble hometown setting to rap their ass off to the camera. The retro filming style only increases its pungency of the Big Apple’s ’90s glory.
Today’s visual output helps further legitimise the M.A.R.S. crew, but they’ve still got a few more studio sessions together to prove they are more than just an appealing concept. Let’s hope we get at least one full-length project out of ‘Mega, Bam Bam, Marciano and Saigon.
