Lupe Fiasco – “Words I Never Said” | Official Video
We brought you teaser yesterday, now here is the full video for the second official single from Lupe Fiasco‘s chart topping third album Lasers. The controversial “Words I Never Said” produced by UK’s own Alex Da Kid and featuring Skylar Grey receives a very politically charged visual directed by Moroccan-American director Sanaa Hamri.
In a recent interview with Rap-Up Lupe described his role in the video “It was more so me being this liberator, undercover agent who was sneaking into this prison to kinda rescue one of my comrades from the clutches of the evil people”.
“There’s fight scenes and a whole lotta action. It’s very aggressive, but at the end, I get the girl, so that’s all that counts.”
The video premiered on MTV but as usual it wasn’t viewable in the UK, but thanks to Kenny here is a globally viewable version.
