Lady Leshurr x Neon Beats – “Too Much” (Hyperfrank x Roundhouse’s Volume Control #5)

For the uninitiated, Volume Control is a project from underground music journalist Hyperfrank and London’s Roundhouse Studios which gives fans the opportunity to take control of the music their favourite artists create. The public is given the opportunity to vote on a choice of three beats – the production with the most votes is then vocalled by that month’s chosen artist in the Roundhouse’s EMI studio.

So far, we’ve had Dot Rotten (whose Volume Control track “Thunder” lit up the internet and the Grime scene when it dropped earlier this year and set off the huge buzz he has at present nicely), Griminal,  Durrty Goodz and Fem Fel. Last up this series is Birmingham’s Lady Leshurr, who’s been on fire of late, with the release of her mixtape Friggin L and the video for her incredible remix of Chris Brown‘s “Look At Me Now”.

Check out Leshurr’s track “Too Much,” over the winning production by Ipswich producer Neon Beats. Shout out to production team All and Sundry, AKA Jared Fryer and Imogen Willets, who trained at the Roundhouse and who shot and edited the last four Volume Control videos.
