KiD CuDi f/ King Chip – “Just What I Am” | Music Video

With a slight delay on the release due to hurricane Sandy, it seems not even a storm could stop Kid Cudi‘s visuals for “Just What I Am” from getting to us. The new visuals are the first from his fourth album Indicud, which sees Cudi get back to rapping alongside King Chip (formerly Chip tha Ripper).

The self-directed video is filled with tons of added graphics and effects, with the actual scenes being kept quite simple, sticking to Cudi and Chip driving down the highway in a drop top and lots of partying scenes with bottles of drinks, red cups and girls in abundance. You even get to see a couple of cameos from rapper Mac Miller and super DJ and producer Steve Aoki.

The most notable detail of the video is the gold frame all the visuals are kept within, which is apparently the new look Cudi will be going for with all his future visuals, according to his Twitter. “All my videos will be in a baroque frame. I create art, so it will be presented as such. ART IN MOTION.”
