Ed Sheeran ft Wretch 32 x Devlin – “You Need Me, I Don’t Need You” (Remix) | Music Video
“I didn’t even have to do a disco rap // I bet I still end up with a Sisqo plaque” – Wretch 32
Ed Sheeran enlists the help of two of the UK’s best lyricists for the remix to his anthemic second single “You Need Me, I Don’t Need You”. Ed, Devlin and Wretch all impress, but 32 takes it with a dazzlingly effortless verse packed with quotables. Ed’s a close second and Devlin bewilderingly ends up in last place on this scorching hot track.
This will be available as part of the single package which drops on August 28th, ahead of Ed’s debut album (+) which is released on September 12th.
:) I wish i could meet you. I love your lyrics.they have a place in my heart forever.
“I took what held me back with the women and then I packaged the image // put in some content and then I sold it back as a gimmick // the fact is this, I’ll end up dating actresses // wake up on dirty matresses, I think I need to practise this…”
I lied, Ed took this.
