Danger Mouse & Daniele Luppi Present ‘Rome’ Starring Jack White & Norah Jones – Trailer x “The Call”

“We started to talk about this dream of doing something together, and that became Rome.” – Danger Mouse & Daniele Luppi.

After meeting in Los Angeles in 2004, American Grammy Award winning producer Brian Burton aka Danger Mouse & Italian composer Daniele Luppi united by a love for Italian film music began creating something special, and in 2006 the duo traveled to Rome to work with some legendary musicians – including the Marc 4 backing band and Alessandro Alessandroni’s ‘I Cantori Moderni’ choir.

Then Jack White and Norah Jones were brought on board as the lead vocalists, with Jack White providing vocals for “The Rose With The Broken Neck”, “Two Against One” and “The World” ,and Norah Jones on “Season’s Trees”, “Black” and “Problem Queen”.

The final result is the Rome album which will be released on May 17 (US) / May 16 (UK).
