GOOD Music stalwart Kid Cudi took to Twitter last night to announce the title of his forthcoming third solo album, and talk some big talk in the process. The mercurial artist from Cleveland, Ohio tweeted…

My new album is entitled “indicud”, it will be my version of The Chronic 2001, some songs ill produce, others ill feat &/or play songwriter

My best work. 4th album, “indicud”

Presumably when referring to the forthcoming album as his own version of Dr Dre’s sophomore album 2001, Cudi means that he’ll be orchestrating the project in the fashion of Dre, rather than taking the lead role, centre-stage. Nonetheless, by comparing it to an album that is widely viewed as a Hip-Hop classic, and boldly declaring it his “best work”, Cudi will no doubt build anticipation for Indicud among his passionate fanbase.
