Michael Jackson TV Autopsy Has Been Postponed Indefinitely | News

The planned unofficial re-enactment of Michael Jackson’s autopsy entitled ‘Michael Jackson’s Autopsy: What Really Killed Michael Jackson’, which was due to premiere in the Europe on January 13th, has been pulled by the network.

According to NME, due to forthcoming legal proceedings and “concern from Jackson’s family” the Discovery Television Network have decided to postpone the show indefinitely.

In a statement, the Discovery Television Network said “Given the commencement of legal proceedings beginning next week, and at the request of Michael Jackson’s estate, the scheduled broadcast of the medical documentary related to Michael Jackson’s official autopsy has been postponed indefinitely.”

The Michael Jackson Estate have welcomed the decision, after stating that the show was “…in shockingly bad taste.”

I personally was disgusted by the thought of a show like this happening, especially after I saw the poster (pictured left) but I get the feeling this will still be aired in some form soon unfortunately.
