Meek Mill forced to cancel UK tour dates due to criminal record | Music News

Just as UK fans were getting excited to see Meek Mill live in person next month, the Maybach Music-signed rapper has been forced to cancel the UK legs of his European tour due to unforeseen issues. Taking to Twitter, Meek revealed that he has been denied entry into the country due to his criminal record (a regulation Snoop Dogg experienced five years ago when he, too, was rejected by the Home Office, leading to the cancellation of his joint tour with P Diddy).

Meek was originally scheduled to perform at the O2 Arena in London on July 5th, before making appearances at the Wireless Festival on the 7th, T In The Park on the 8th and making a promotional appearance in London, again, on the 9th. Fortunately, the rapper will still commit to the remainder of his European dates, which take place in the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
