Maxwell to perform entire discography on new tour | Music News


Iconic soul singer Maxwell is set to perform his entire discography on his upcoming six-date American tour.

Throughout the three-city tour, which commences July 20 in Los Angeles and features two dates in each locale, the hitmaking crooner will dedicate the first night to performing his first two albums, 1996’s Maxwell’s Urban Hang Suite and 1998’s Embrya, in their entirety, with the second night dedicated to giving his two most recent albums, 2001’s Now and 2009’s BLACKsummers’night, the same treatment.

The tour will be the singer’s first since he hit the road with Jill Scott in 2010.
