M.I.A. inks deal with Roc Nation management | Music News

Roc Nation is really on roll. Already riding the wave of quick-rising Brit pop star Rita Ora and continued success of Rihanna, the multifaceted entertainment company also recently signed a production deal with up-and-coming beatsmith Jahlil Beats and added MMG rep Meek Mill to its management roster.

In their latest power move, the Nation has just reached a management agreement with M.I.A., making the London-born Sri Lankan bad girl the newest ambassador of their diverse population of singers, songwriters, DJs, producers, engineers, mixers and lord knows what else.

While her latest single “Bad Girls” and its amazing video continue to gain steam, M.I.A. is putting the finishing touches on her fourth solo album, tentatively titled Matangi, which is set for release this fall.
