Lil Wayne hints Christina Milian YMCMB signing & takes shot at Jay-Z & Kanye West [Video]

Another day, another YMCMB signing, another Hov and Yeezy diss… Last night at the annual Cash Money Grammy weekend party Lil Wayne announced that Christina Milian was the latest artist to join his Young Money horde.

Upon taking to the stage Weezy, flanked by co-manager Cortez Bryant and Young Money president Mack Maine, made the proclamation that the former Def Jam recording artist had indeed joined his very own subsidiary of the YMCMB family. “I got the beautiful Christina Milian with me…Young Money Christina Milian.”

Shortly after the announcement, Wayne took the time out to honor the late, great Whitney Houston, who passed away earlier that evening hours before she was due to join her mentor Clive Davis at his annual pre-Grammy Award party. After asking for and participating in a moment of silence in tribute to the legendary singer, the rapper fired shots at Jay-Z and Kanye West.

“I met a red-bone, I took the girl home/I asked her what she wanna watched, she said, ‘surely not The Throne,” to an embarrassed looking Busta Rhymes [a personal and childhood friend of Jay-Z] and a stunned crowd who greeted the jab with delayed cheers.

However jovial or meaningful the jab was, Wayne’s actions basically contradict the statements made by YMCMB Co-CEO Birdman when he recently sat down with Power 106 FM radio show host Big Boy

When asked about getting personally involved in rap beefs the entrepreneur replied, “We don’t do all that, we never did that. That’s not how we operate. We never been a brand of the diss and diss records… thats not us.” I guess he had forgotten about his past war of words with No Limit Records, seen HEREHERE and HERE, Tunechi’s previous jab at Hovito and didn’t foresee Wayne taking shots again. Mehhh…
