Having finally premiered the music video to her incredible “3:16AM” single earlier this month, music fans are once again reminded of the singing talent – not to mention stunning good looks – of L.A. songtress, Jhené Aiko.

Catching up with Rap-Up TV recently, the 24-year-old singer shed more light on her upcoming debut album, Souled Out. Although a release date has yet to be scheduled, Jhené revealed that No I.D., KeY Wane and Fisticuffs (who produced the majority of 2011’s Sailing Soul(s), will all contribute to the record. She also hopes to land a feature from Big Sean and some TDE members.

In the interview, Jhené also spoke on her journey in music, from having a deal with Sony/Epic at just 12 years old, to currently being signed to Def Jam, being huge fans of Kid Cudi and 2Pac, and making “For My Brother” for her older brother, who passed away from cancer just last month.
