J. Cole on his new Mixtape, “Bad Girls” with Wale & wanting to work w/ Jay Electronica [Video]


In the latest segment from their interview with the North Carolina repping Roc Nation recording artist J. Cole, Rap-Up speak to Jermaine about his forthcoming mixtape that he will be releasing before his eagerly awaited debut album Cole World: The Sideline Story. Cole tentatively says he will put out the mixtape this summer and although he didn’t approach it like The Warm Up or Friday Night Lights which he treated like albums, this will be a true mixtape.

He also speaks on producing “Bad Girls” for Wale and shooting the video, future production goals and wanting to collaborate with his fellow Roc Nation artists especially Jay Electronica as well as Willow Smith, Rihanna and Jay-Z.
