Iggy Azalea discusses Interscope split, Azealia Banks beef + more [Video]

XXL Fresh(wo)man Iggy Azalea was next to face Power 105.1’s straight-talking Breakfast Club crew, where she was pressed on a number of issues surrounding her, most of them outside of music. The immediate topic was her label home, where the femcee revealed that she was approached by T.I. the day before she was due to sign to Interscope Records, and eventually chose allegiance with Grand Hustle.

It was reported that Iggy still had a management deal with Interscope in place, but she later announced she had changed management just four days ago.

The Australian rapper also spoke on not getting a lot of attention back home in Australia, danced around questions about her and A$AP Rocky’s rumoured romance, believes Azealia Banks “hated her guts” before she spoke out against her XXL Freshmen placement and stated her debut album, The New Classic, will probably arrive towards the end of the year, following Tip’s Trouble Man album.
