Producer Young Chop on G.O.O.D Music remix of “I Don’t Like”: “I will sue the sh*t out of Kanye West”

Although G.O.O.D. Music‘s takeover of Chief Keef‘s “I Don’t Like” has sat well in many listeners’ headphones since its release yesterday, the producer of the original, Young Chop, is taking particular exception to Kanye West, Pusha T, Big Sean and Jadakiss‘ rendition. In an interview with DJ MoonDawg shorty after the song’s inception, Chop vented his anger towards the song, and Yeezy in particular.

“I’m mad as hell, I’m mad as f*ck ’cause for the simple fact that they did not ask me to change up sh*t in my beat,” he said. “They did not ask me to change up sh*t in my beat. They don’t have no files to none of my sh*t, so how the f*ck did they add another melody over the instrumental?!”

While the beatsmith’s original set the menacing mood with a sequence of trickling bells and crashing orchestral sounds over the booming bass, Kanye, apparently without consent, injected the beat with various faded yawns and extra layers of filtered bass, which hasn’t set well with Chop.

“These motherf*ckers is playin’ me and I don’t give two f*cks. I will sue the sh*t out of Kanye West,” he concluded.

With a threatening Twitter rant to back it up, keep a close watch on how this situation unfolds between Young Chop and Kanye West.
