After a number of appetisers, including “Batman“, “Shrooms” and “Union Square“, hip-hop fans can finally rejoice in the news that Wu-Tang Clan and D-Block‘s proposed collaborative album, Wu-Block, is officially coming. In a video announcement, crew representatives Ghostface Killah and Sheek Louch revealed that the LP will be released on October 9th via eOne Music.

“Tonight’s the last night. We going in, finish this shit off, finish the skits off, make sure everything sounds right so we can give it to y’all motherfuckers on a platter,” said Ghost. “Coming October 9th, that’s a set date right now, with the 9th of October.”

“We been working extra, extra hard on this shit. We up here at E1, we about to get this shit popping, man,” added Sheek.

Although spearheaded by Ghostface and Sheek, the album will feature contributions from the group’s other members, including Method Man, Raekwon, GZA and Masta Killa of Wu-Tang, and Jadakiss and Styles P of D-Block. The Wu-Block contingent are currently embarking on their U.S. tour, which wraps up on September 14th in Albany, New York.
