Eminem confirms Slaughterhouse for Hot 97 Summer Jam & reveals start on new album [Video]

Eminem revealed a crop of welcome news on the phone with Peter Rosenberg and Cipha Sounds on New York’s Hot 97 this morning. Slim Shady confirmed that, after putting some of his industry pull to good use, his Shady Records crew Slaughterhouse will be performing at this year’s Hot 97 Summer Jam on Sunday, June 3rd, much to the delight of Rosenberg.

Em then announced he is “starting to toy” with his forthcoming eigth studio album, once he’s put the final touches on Joe, Royce, Joell and Crooked I‘s debut album, Welcome To: Our House, which is due out June 12th. This is a double whammy for hip-hop today. Press play below.
