Earl Sweatshirt appears on Odd Future’s new track “Oldie” | Music News

It was previously assumed that Odd Future‘s upcoming collective album OF Tape Vol. 2 wouldn’t feature the recently freed Earl Sweatshirt, but with a leaked copy of the record in circulation on the web (no, we don’t have a link), it turns out that a nice little verse from Mr. Sweatshirt is sitting on the closing track, “Oldie.”

The 10-minute piece features the crew in their numbers, with Tyler, The Creator, Hodgy Beats, Left Brain, Mike G, Domo Genesis, Frank Ocean (trading the hooks for raps) and Jasper Dolphin all preceding Earl Sweatshirt‘s appearance on the dusty, nostalgic instrumental.

It’s safe to say that months away in Samoa hasn’t depreciated the emcee’s lyrical skill one notch. Stream below and stay tuned for OF Tape Vol. 2 to drop on Monday.
