Drake’s Take Care LP set to debut at #1 on Billboard with 675-725k projected sales | Music News

There should be no question as to whether or not Drake‘s Take Care will be topping the charts next week; his singles “Headlines” and “Make Me Proud” are lighting up the airwaves, and the buzz for the project are through the roof. However, the only real debatable question was exactly how many copies he’ll do in the first week. While we won’t know the exact definitive answer until next week, we currently do have an estimate.

According to HDD, Take Care is projected to sell 675-725k copies this week, giving it the sure spot for #1 on the Billboard 200. Take Care is Drake’s follow-up to his debut album Thank Me Later, which debuted at #1 last year with 447,000 copies sold its first week.
