Drake wants Jamie xx to have a big presence on his next album [Video] | Music News

Currently embarking on the UK leg (which wraps up on April 2nd in Glasgow) of his Club Paradise tour, Drizzy Drake took time out to speak with Kiss FM on a whole range of topics, sharing some juicy details in the process.

In the video below, the Young Money superstar touches on his unisex appeal and the “emotional” critique of his music, his affection for Dancehall and Reggae music plus his friendship with Rihanna and Rita Ora, Roc Nation‘s newest British addition.

Aubrey also revealed that he’s “collecting beats” for his next potential project and is looking to work with both 2 Chainz and UK’s own Jamie xx on the record; more so with Jamie, stating: “I really want him to have a big presence on this next album”.

After Drake and Jamie xx’s last collaboration, “Take Care”, essentially rehashed the beat used for his effort with Gil-Scott Herron, “I’ll Take Care of You”, it’ll be interesting to see what the pair create from scratch.
