Diddy reportedly launching African American focused music themed cable network | Music News
Media mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly expanding his empire with plans to launch a music themed cable network towards the end of 2012. The new channel will be called Revolt, and is expected to launch 12/12/12.
According to reports the Bad Boy president is in talks with Comcast and Time Warner Cable to distribute the channel, which is expected to center around music and music news, with an urban focus. One source likened it to MTV (in the days where they actually played music and discussed music news) but ‘catered to an African American audience’.
There has been no official word from Diddy or Bad Boy yet, but stay locked for updates.
